JUST THE FACTS, JACK !

As the HMDC Partners gather around their tables for food and football next week, some of the things that they will be Thankful for are the current statistics for the racing stable. I decided to crunch the numbers, and then remembered that I hadn’t passed a math test since the teacher wouldn’t let me sit next to Mark Radlowski. I turned to HMDC partner, Dr. George Sikora, who ran the numbers for me.

A few factors to consider with this present tally, are the facts that many of our runners were set back in their training and ability to ship by the quarantine at Mahoning in the early part of the year. Secondly, over half of the 11-horse stable are juveniles and HMDC will start no equine, before its time. With five weeks left in the season, there are still opportunities awaiting us at Mahoning Valley before the year’s end. With the program in place, we can’t help but look to the future when we will have several of the accredited Dominus joining the stable!
